Requirements for Completion

1. Minimum Credit Requirement*
Completion of at least 12 credits from the designated courses (12 credits offered by the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and 10 credits offered by the College of Medicine).

2. Minimum Interdisciplinary Credit Requirement
Among the designated courses, at least 9 credits must be completed from courses offered by the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and at least 3 credits from courses offered by the College of Medicine.

* No separate application is required. Students who meet the requirements will be issued a certificate of completion (not a degree).
